      The OSO Secure Data Center Complex is 22,000 square feet, and includes an Executive Meeting area as well as a hot site. In phase one OSO has approximately 4,400 square feet of raised floor. With strategic partners Nexum, Inc. and ABBA Technologies, the complex also houses two classroom/labs, and a 24X7 Network Operations Center.

      - The OSO Secure building is fully staffed and has 24/7 surveillance as well as strategically placed security cameras throughout the building.
      - OSO Secure has an integrated security system with 3 different types of security validations that together provide the optimal mix of security control as a tier 3 certified data center:
      o Biometric Scanners
      o Pin Pass-code
      o Card Scanners

      Fire Suppression
      The raised floor area (16" above the slab) is protected by Ecaro 25 Fire Suppression above the raised floor with several tanks dedicated to fire suppression between the raised floor and slab. Ecaro 25 is environmentally friendly and is non-fatal to humans if discharged and if discharged, the agent will stay active for 13.8 minutes.

      Environmental and Conditioning
      - The data center floor is conditioned by 90 tons of cooling with room to expand to 270 tons to support all types of hardware applications.

      Telecommunications Room
      OSO Secure is a carrier neutral facility which can allow connectivity to virtually any network infrastructure. Qwest and Time Warner have POPs in the facility and through the OSO Clear Fiber network the facility connects to 505 Marquette- the telecommunications hotel in Albuquerque. The OSO Clear Fiber Network has two diverse physical path entrances into the building and is part of our downtown fiber ring that connects 22 buildings in a .5 mile radius.

      - The Telecommunications Room utilizes Ecaro 25 Fire Suppression.

      OSO Secure has a robust power plant the ensures the maximum uptime (5 Nines)

      - 2 10-ton air conditioners
      - Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) 2000Amp
      - Currently operating at 150 KVA
      o N+1 UPS can grow to support 900KVA
      - Ecaro 25 Fire Suppression

      - New 2000 Amp (1000) KVA PNM Transformer dedicated for the power needs of the Electric Room, Telco Room, and Data Center

      800 KVA upgradeable to 1.2Mg generator with a 1500 gallon fuel tank which is configured to allow for several days of run time in the case of an emergency outage.

      Hot Site
      The OSO Secure Hot Site has 48 seats with computers, phones, and desks with virtually unlimited expansion capacity due to the OSO Clear Fiber network which is connected to 22 buildings with a .5 mile radius.
