      Location
The Parsippany II data center is in a quiet office park in Parsippany NJ. Parsippany is roughly 40 minutes from Manhattan and 30 minutes from Newark
Liberty International Airport. The data center itself is conveniently located near Routes 24, 46, 80 & 287 making it easily accessible by car and bus. Facility
amenities include: office suites, conference / break room facilities, server build rooms, and long-term storage.

      Power Density
With the ability to accomodate power densities of 20 kW (167 amps @ 120v) per cabinet, Parsippany II is one of the highest density facilities in the region. This
ultra-high density allows customers to expand their environment without having to expand their footprint. Most importantly unlike data centers

      Power Systems
2 (N+1) power systems comprised of General Electric UPS systems with individual battery validation systems backed by diesel generation. The power
system is capable of delivering single pole (120v), double pole (208v), and triple pole or three-phase configurations. The facility offers both flat-rate and
      metered power billing options.

      Cooling Systems
The data center utilizes cabinets with sealed backs and heat chimneys to remove the hot air without contaminating the cool ambient air in the facility.
Low velocity, high CFM ambient air cooling is provided via the latest green technology with an estimated PUE of 1.2.
