      Our 1725 Comstock Street site is a single story data center with 40,000 sq. ft., located on 1.96 acres in Santa Clara, Calif., including approximately 21,000 sq. ft. of raised floor. The building, renovated in 2010, houses three 1,125 kW data rooms and is equal to a power density of 160 watts per raised square foot. This single-tenant data center is serviced by Silicon Valley Power and is located in the heart of Digital Realty's Silicon Valley data center campus and is LEED Platinum certified.
