      The 720 2nd Street Oakland facility is located in the East Bay near Jack London Square in Oakland, California; strategically located in the region's fiber-rich district within close proximity to a PG&E substation. The mission critical facility is a four-story 121,000 gross square foot data center providing approximately 50,000 square feet of raised floor with the ability to service up to 15 kW per rack. The data center supports 7,500 kW of critical load, translating to a density of approximately 150 watts per raised square foot. Space availability ranges from the rack level on up to enterprise user (240 kW and greater). There is approximately 1.4 mW of critical IT power available at the building. The building is also carrier neutral.
