      The IXTech's IDCs are equipped with stable power supply (redundant UPS + diesel generator), constant air-conditioned enviroment (redundant CRAC units) to control temperature & humidity, water detection system, fire suppression system, physical access control system, and CCTV surveillance system.

      Industrial standards compliant cabinets are provided to customers to securely host their network, system, and storage equipment. Also, fast ethernet network connections are provided to allow high speed access to global internet, especially, to important network exchanges like HKIX, ChinaNet, and the China Unicom Backbone.

      The IDCs are operated and monitored by professionally trained engineers on 24 x 7 basis. There are 24 x 7 network operators on duty in IDCs to provide technical support to the colocation customers, including, power cycling, system status checking, and remote hand operation. Also, online Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG) is provided to customers to monitor real time traffic utilization of their internet connection.

      In addition, IXTech can provide local server load balancing service, global server load balancing service, DNS hosting service, email hosting service, and web hosting service to the customers.

      Internet Data Center services in Hong Kong
      IXTech provides 1/4 rack, 1/2 rack, and full rack colocation service to customers. Shared Hong Kong local and international internet bandwidth with assigned IXTech's public IPs are provided by default in Hongkong-IDC-1, Hongkong-IDC-2, and Hongkong-IDC-3. For customers requiring dedicated international internet bandwidth, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) service can be subscribed.
